Accessories: Charles Albert Jewelry

January 29, 2010

By far Charles Albert Jewelry is one of the most unique collections I have seen in a long time. Each handcrafted piece is made with unique stones like citrine, amethyst, quartz, and crystal. The necklaces and pendants command attention, so shy women steer clear. These jewels are definitely conversation pieces.

Fashion & Style News: A. Keys Jewelry Hits the Scene

November 19, 2009
Keys with Gisèle Theriault.

Singer Alicia Keys’ jewelry collection The Barbers Daughters had found a temporary home at the Collette Blanchard Gallery in NYC. The collection will be sold Monday and Tuesday of next week in hopes of generating buzz for the collection’s fall 2010 debut.

Keys teamed up with jewelry designer Gisèle Theriault who created the line inspired by the poetry and prayers of Masaru Emoto, author of The Hidden Messages in Water. Keys and Theriault connected when the designer was selling jewelry to Keys’ bandmates at one of her shows backstage.

Just as Keys plans to make her mark in the world of fashion, she releases her fourth studio album, The Element of Freedom on December 15.

The line of necklaces retail from $85 to $2,500 and is also sold on Web site.

And speaking of freedom Alicia, is your married beau divorced yet?
